Remove mcp commands, and add support for exporting the graph following the TOON format

Why is this needed?

There’s no value in maintaining MCP commands when the tool that we currently provide, exporting the graph, can be just offered through the CLI interface by just adding support for the TOON format to prevent exhausting the context window.

Steps to address the need

Let’s remove it, and add support for tuist graph --format toon.
