realm-swift 20.0.5 generated target fails to compile when resolved via Tuist registry

What happened?

When realm-swift is added to a Tuist project using the XcodeProj-based SPM integration and resolved via the Tuist registry, the generated Realm target fails to compile due to a number of errors like duplicate interface definition for class 'RLMSectionedResultsChange' and error: property has a previous declaration. However, if realm-swift is resolved from GitHub rather than through the registry, this issue does not occur.

How do we reproduce it?

  1. Clone the demo project at https://github.com/sphanley/tuist-realm-issue-demo.git.
  2. Check out the demo/registry branch.
  3. Run tuist install and tuist generate, and attempt to build the project using Xcode 27. This should reproduce the error.
  4. To validate the expected behavior, check out the demo/no-registry branch. Then rerun tuist install and tuist generate, at which point the project should compile successfully.

It looks to me like the Tuist registry is converting the symlinks in include/Realm into copied files, which is causing duplication.
