feat(cache): release compressed cache outputs

Summary

• Adds a conventional release-trigger commit after PR #56 merged with a non-conventional squash title.
• Keeps the already-merged cache implementation unchanged.
• Lets the release detector include the compressed cache output work in generated notes.

Testing

• Not run (empty release metadata commit).
