Summary

  • Centralize frontend graph diagnostics behind builder helpers and reuse them in target validation and manifest editing.
  • Split the MCP tool catalog out of the server dispatcher so tool metadata, docs generation, and runtime handling are separated.
  • Replace toolchain-specific examples in generic CLI and MCP reference surfaces with neutral target examples.
  • Regenerate the affected CLI and MCP reference pages from the updated catalog and command metadata.
