--verbose is ignored since 4.213.0

What happened?

Since 4.213.0 the global --verbose flag has no effect, on every command we tried. Setting TUIST_CONFIG_VERBOSE=1 in the environment still works. 4.212.0 is the last good version, and the problem is still in 4.214.0.

The most visible effect is on tuist xcodebuild. With --verbose, 4.212.0 forwards xcodebuild’s raw output, but 4.213.0 and later print the formatted summary instead. Any tool that parses the raw log breaks. We pipe it into xcsift, which looks for the ** BUILD SUCCEEDED ** marker, and our CI build step fails with status “incomplete” even though the build succeeded.

How do we reproduce it?

Use any generated project, with the same machine and an incremental build for each run (versions installed with mise):
