Display date/times in local time zone in Tuist Cloud Dashboard

What happened?

I notice that the charts and full date/times in the dashboard are not in my time zone. I’d guess they’re in UTC. Would be nice to have them displayed in local time (particularly the charts), and full date/times could hover to show UTC.

How do we reproduce it?

  1. Go to dashboard on https://cloud.tuist.io/
  2. View charts with runs that would be on one day in your local time zone, but appear on another in UTC
