Why is this needed?
We introduced CAS artifact compression in https://github.com/tuist/tuist/pull/8565. But as detailed here, we can improve the compression ratio and speed by pretraining the compression algorithm on pre-existing data.
Investigate, reproduce, or fix this item in an isolated repository. Each Flight preserves its outcome and agent session.
