Steps to address the need
Add a question whether the user wants to integrate with the Xcode cache. If so, we should run the tuist setup cache (and when generating a project, include enableCaching: true in the Tuist.swift)
Investigate, reproduce, or fix this item in an isolated repository. Each Flight preserves its outcome and agent session.
