Inspect build and test logs now support custom Derived Data locations

tuist inspect build and tuist inspect tests previously looked for build and test logs only under Xcode’s default DerivedData path. They now infer the correct DerivedData root and per-project folder shape when you set a custom or relative Derived Data location in Xcode’s settings, so inspection commands work regardless of where DerivedData is stored.
