Noora 0.82.4

Noora 0.82.4 makes the sidebar and scrolling experience smoother and more accessible.

• Sidebar dropdowns now separate navigation from expansion: click the chevron to expand or collapse a group, and click the label or icon to go to that page. The chevron animates as the section opens or closes, and the toggle is a proper button with an accessible label.
• Expanding and collapsing sidebar groups now animate smoothly: opening grows and fades in over 250ms, while closing fades out in 160ms.
• The new NooraScrollArea hook replaces the sidebar’s native scrollbar with a thin overlay thumb that widens when you hover or drag it. You can drag to scroll and click the track to jump, and a bottom gradient fades away once you reach the end.
• The dashboard loading bar now uses Noora purple instead of the default blue.
