Module Cache breakdown for local Xcode builds

Build runs reported via tuist inspect build now show the Module Cache tab on the build page. The CLI links a local Xcode build to the dependency graph uploaded by the most recent tuist generate, so the binary-cache breakdown appears for plain Xcode builds without re-uploading the graph each time.
