Module Cache breakdown now available for local Xcode builds

Build runs reported from local Xcode builds via tuist inspect build now display the Module Cache tab on their build run page, showing the same binary cache breakdown previously available only for tuist test and tuist xcodebuild build. The breakdown is linked to the dependency graph uploaded by the most recent tuist generate, so the graph is uploaded once per generation rather than re-uploaded on every build.
