Stabilized binary cache hashes for focused generation

Focused tuist generate with binary cache now computes cache keys from the same normalized, pre-focus dependency graph used by tuist hash cache and tuist cache warm. This reduces cache misses when generating a subset of targets, because the lookup key no longer drifts after focus or tree-shaking prunes the graph.
