Update

The experimental SwifterPM integration now only activates when TUIST_USE_SWIFTERPM is set to a truthy value such as 1, true, or yes (case-insensitive). Previously, setting the variable to any value would enable the integration, so setting it to 0, false, or no now correctly keeps SwifterPM disabled.
