Fix Plaid-style binary artifact extraction and stream SwiftPM resolve output

SwifterPM is bumped to 0.8.12. Artifact extraction now strips __MACOSX shadow bundles from Finder-zipped archives, both right after unzip and while scanning local artifact paths, so projects depending on binaries such as Plaid’s LinkKit no longer abort tuist generate with a ‘doesn’t contain an Info.plist’ error caused by an AppleDouble shadow winning the artifact scan. SwiftPM resolve output is now streamed while a delegated resolve is in progress, so users see SwiftPM progress in the terminal instead of the command appearing stalled.
