Kura 0.10.2

Kura 0.10.2 adds end-to-end coverage for uploading and replicating artifacts larger than 512 MiB. The new suite uploads a 520 MiB artifact through the multipart flow and verifies a byte-exact round-trip on the origin node and both replicas, covering the oversized-segment write path and the non-inline streaming replication path.
