Resolve packages with SwifterPM 0.8.12: fix Plaid LinkKit-style artifacts and stream resolve output

SwifterPM is bumped to 0.8.12, bringing two fixes to tuist install and tuist generate. Finder-zipped SwiftPM binary artifacts (such as Plaid LinkKit) no longer collide in the cache: the __MACOSX AppleDouble shadow bundles that used to be picked up by the artifact scanner are stripped before flattening, so tuist generate no longer aborts with errors like <artifact>/__MACOSX/<artifact>.xcframework/Info.plist doesn't contain an Info.plist. Delegated swift package resolve runs now stream their stdout/stderr so SwiftPM progress is visible during resolution instead of appearing stalled.
