Restore handling now goes through SwiftPM’s artifact scratch path by way of SwifterPM 0.8.13. Restore operations no longer follow a path that diverges from the actual artifact checkout, so projects that restore generated XCFrameworks through the SwiftPM-backed integration see correct paths restored in the cache.
