Restored binary artifacts no longer break generation when archives contain __MACOSX shadow bundles

Finder-zipped binary artifacts sometimes include a __MACOSX/ AppleDouble sidecar with shadow copies of bundles. Tuist now strips these sidecars after extraction and skips them during artifact scanning, fixing tuist generate failures such as missing Info.plist in shadowed xcframeworks.
