SwifterPM 0.8.12: skip __MACOSX shadow bundles and stream resolve output

The pinned swifterpm dependency moves to 0.8.12, picking up two user-visible fixes through Tuist’s SwiftPM-backed integration. First, __MACOSX/ AppleDouble shadow bundles are stripped from extracted binary archives right after unzip and skipped in the artifact scanner, so packages such as Plaid LinkKit that ship as Finder-zipped .xcframework artifacts no longer abort tuist generate with a doesn't contain an Info.plist error. Second, delegated swift package resolve output is streamed to stdout/stderr, so resolution shows SwiftPM progress instead of appearing stalled.
