SwifterPM update fixes artifact extraction and resolve output

The SwifterPM dependency is updated to 0.8.12, which strips __MACOSX shadow bundles from extracted Finder-zipped binary artifacts (fixing generation failures like Plaid LinkKit) and streams SwiftPM resolve output so progress is visible instead of appearing stalled.
