SwifterPM 0.8.12 strips __MACOSX artifact shadows and streams resolve output

Tuist now pins SwifterPM 0.8.12. Two fixes reach tuist install / generate through the SwiftPM integration: __MACOSX AppleDouble shadow bundles are stripped from extracted artifact archives (resolving ‘doesn’t contain an Info.plist’ failures when generating against binary artifacts that ship as Finder-zipped, like Plaid’s LinkKit), and delegated swift package resolve output now streams to the terminal so SwiftPM progress is visible instead of appearing stalled.
