Improved GitHub issue titles and excerpts in the forage view

The GitHub issues forage view now renders inline markdown in issue titles and body excerpts instead of showing raw markup. Backticks like .metal or default.metallib are shown as real code chips, and the description excerpt picks the first body line rather than template headings such as ### What happened?, so synced issues look finished and readable.
