Aligned operations tables with the Noora design system

The operations pages now use the standard Noora table layout. The Slack workspaces page renders workspaces in a Noora table with status badges, compact row actions, and dedicated Channel and Notifications summary columns, plus a modal for editing notification routes from the row action. The inference profiles page renders its empty state inside the table slot so the icon and copy stay aligned with the table body. Operators get operations screens that match the rest of the product and are easier to scan.
