Inspect detects implicit imports against SwiftPM binary XCFramework modules

tuist inspect dependencies --only implicit now resolves module names for non-target graph dependencies, including XCFramework library binary names from Info.plist, so imports against SwiftPM binary targets backed by XCFrameworks are reported as implicit dependencies when the package manifest does not declare the required edge.
