Verbose flag shown in tuist inspect help

tuist inspect –help and the help output for every tuist inspect subcommand now lists –verbose alongside –help, so the logging flag that was already supported at runtime is discoverable through command-line help. The hidden deprecated tuist inspect implicit-imports and tuist inspect redundant-imports routes are covered too.
