Docker image runtime fixes for trixie base

The published container image at ghcr.io/tuist/hive:0.22.1 now builds and runs correctly against the Debian trixie base. The image sources its ncurses package from trixie, and the release runtime was refreshed, so terminal-dependent tooling inside the container works as expected end to end.
