Large dependency graphs no longer crash from stack overflow

Recursive graph traversals in CircularDependencyLinter, GraphCircularDetector, topological sort, ModuleMapMapper, and StaticProductsGraphLinter have been replaced with iterative implementations. Generation now completes on very large, valid acyclic workspaces that previously crashed with a stack overflow.
