Local content-addressed cache now compresses blobs with zstd

The on-disk content-addressed blob store now stores blobs compressed with zstd while keeping BLAKE3 digests computed over uncompressed bytes. Cached entries consume less disk space without breaking existing content-addressed lookups, and existing raw blobs remain compatible.
