SSO login works reliably in production

Fixed a production issue where clicking “Continue with Google” or using OIDC sign-in failed with the message “The login attempt could not be started”. Authentication providers are now registered at compile time, so configured SSO options work reliably in production while still only showing login buttons for providers that have been set up.
