Hive Helm chart is now reusable outside Tuist infrastructure

The Hive Helm chart is now usable outside of Tuist’s own production environment. Default values no longer assume Tuist-specific settings such as the hive.tuist.dev hostname, a private image pull secret, the External Secrets Operator, or a Postgres S3 backup. A new secrets.existingSecret value lets operators point to their own Kubernetes Secret instead of relying on the chart’s generated secret. Tuist’s own production settings moved to a separate values-production.yaml overlay, so helm template renders a generic set of resources with no references to Tuist, 1Password, or Hetzner Cloud.
