Binary artifacts from Finder-zipped packages no longer break generation

SwifterPM was updated to 0.8.12, which strips __MACOSX resource-fork sidecar directories from extracted binary artifacts. This fixes cases like Plaid’s LinkKit where the artifact scanner picked a shadow xcframework and caused tuist generate to fail with a missing Info.plist error.
