Faster archiving of test products by avoiding temp copies

Each module’s .xctest is now archived directly from the products directory, preserving its path, instead of being copied to a temporary staging directory first. For projects with hundreds of modules, this removes tens of gigabytes of redundant disk I/O per build job.
