Stable Egress Controller 0.1.0: automatic HA failover for server egress

The first stable release of the Stable Egress Controller is now available as a Docker image: ghcr.io/tuist/tuist-stable-egress-controller:0.1.0. This controller keeps the hosted Tuist server’s stable outbound source IP highly available by automatically moving the Hetzner Floating IP and the active gateway label to a healthy candidate node when the current gateway fails. It removes the previous single point of failure where a hand-labelled gateway node could be replaced and leave all server egress black-holed, which caused the 2026-06-14 production outage. It is intended to be enabled in the platform Helm chart via failoverController.enabled.
