Fix ‘Ran by’ filters for automated dashboard runs

The ‘Ran by’ filters on dashboards for automated runs now correctly distinguish between CI-triggered runs and human-triggered runs. When you pick a specific person in the ‘Ran by’ filter, the dashboard excludes CI runs and only shows runs started by that person.
