Dashboard Ran by filters no longer mix automated runs with user results

Dashboard Ran by filters now exclude automated continuous integration rows when filtered to a specific user. The user filter only shows local, non-automated runs, while the CI option still shows automated runs. This applies consistently across Xcode builds, Gradle builds, generate runs, cache runs, test runs, and test-case run listings. Source: https://github.com/tuist/tuist/pull/11550
