xcresult processor 0.31.6 stops crashing on the dropped namespace_tenant_id column

Version 0.31.6 of the ghcr.io/tuist/tuist-xcresult-processor image bakes the current server schema, so xcresult processing no longer crash-loops on a database column that was removed from the server. Users running the automated dashboard pipeline that consumes xcresult files regain reliable processing instead of hitting the production incident caused by the previously deployed 0.31.5 image still querying the dropped column.
