Shorter build and run artifact retention, with cleanup of legacy storage objects

Hosted Tuist now keeps downloadable build and run artifacts (build archives, previews, run artifacts, test attachments) for 30 days across every account plan, with cache files capped at 14 days on Air and Open Source and 30 days on paid plans. A new daily worker also scans the managed storage bucket for older “legacy” build objects that the existing metadata-driven cleanup could not see, and removes expired ones (including orphaned account prefixes). Customers still retain build and run metadata in the dashboard and analytics, but the underlying binaries now expire on this shorter window.
