Handle legacy environment values on the Xcode builds dashboard

The Xcode builds dashboard no longer crashes when opened with a legacy or unexpected analytics environment value. Values other than ci, local, or any now render as Any instead of triggering a render error, so accounts with older URLs or malformed query parameters keep working.
