Prevent Model Context Protocol response timeouts

Hosted Model Context Protocol sessions no longer hang on the first tool call. Calls that previously returned an empty accepted response when a stale Server-Sent Events registration pointed at a closed process now complete inline, so agent clients stop seeing intermittent timeouts followed by a fast retry.
