Runner metric charts now reach the end of macOS jobs

On the macOS runner image, machine-metrics charts previously stopped about one sample interval (roughly 15 seconds) before a job finished, leaving the “Complete job” step and the final moments without a data point. The release teaches the runner to capture one final metric sample just after the job script exits and before the VM is halted, so the charts now extend all the way to the actual end of the run.
