Client feature flags are forwarded to the Xcode cache daemon

TUIST_FEATURE_FLAG_* variables are now forwarded to the Xcode compilation cache daemon’s environment. This lets the daemon resolve cache endpoints using the same feature flags as the rest of the CLI, for example to reach a private-network cache when the kura flag is enabled.
