Update

The Helm chart now supports Xcode 26.0.1 as an additional macOS runner profile on the self-hosted Tuist runner fleet. Running with xcodeVersion: 26.0.1 provisions a cold runner pool (named *-runner-pool-macos-26-0-1) on the latest Xcode 26.0 patch, while 26.5 remains the default profile.
