macOS runner metrics charts now reach job end

macOS runner metrics charts now extend all the way to the end of a job. Previously the sampler was killed mid-interval by the VM shutdown trap, leaving a ~15 second gap with no data point that covered the “Complete job” step and final moments. Jobs now have a continuous metric trace from start to finish, so dashboards and timings accurately reflect the full job duration on macOS runners.
