tuist cache warm no longer parses Xcode activity logs

tuist cache warm no longer parses .xcactivitylog files to attach a per-target build duration to cache artifacts. The unused XCLogParser-based metadata path could cause cache warm to fail when an activity log was missing, rotated, or unparseable, even though the artifacts themselves built and uploaded successfully. Binary artifacts are still built, packaged, and uploaded as before; server and OpenAPI fields for backward compatibility stay in place, but the CLI no longer emits binary_cache_metadata.build_duration.
