–verbose shown in tuist inspect help

The shared LoggingOptions option group is attached to tuist inspect and its subcommands (dependencies, build, test, bundle, and the deprecated implicit-imports/redundant-imports routes), so tuist inspect –help and the subcommand help pages now list –verbose next to –help. The flag still works at runtime thanks to Tuist’s outer command handling.
