SwifterPM update fixes __MACOSX shadow bundles and streams resolve output

SwifterPM is bumped to 0.8.12. tuist install / tuist generate no longer fail with errors like “LinkKit.xcframework/Info.plist doesn’t contain an Info.plist” for Finder zipped binary artifacts whose zips contain __MACOSX/ AppleDouble shadow copies (regression seen with Plaid’s LinkKit). Delegated swift package resolve runs now stream their output to the user instead of appearing stalled.
