Scheme test configuration shown in Build Runs

tuist test now uploads the scheme test-action configuration to build runs when no explicit –configuration was passed on the command line, so the Build Runs UI no longer shows “Unknown” for runs that picked up the configuration from the scheme. An explicit –configuration from the CLI still takes priority.
