Resolve suite shard destination using the selected test plan

Suite sharding now threads the requested test plan through destination resolution. For schemes with multiple test plans across platforms, inferring and concretizing the simulator destination uses the same testable target as the build, so -enumerate-tests no longer falls back to a generic -destination platform=iOS Simulator and Xcode no longer rejects it (exit code 70) on suite enumeration.
