Show scheme test configuration in Build Runs uploads

tuist test uploads Build Runs with the scheme’s test-action configuration when no explicit --configuration is passed, so the Build Runs UI no longer shows “Unknown” for those runs. An explicit --configuration still wins over the scheme default.
