Cache warming stops depending on Xcode activity log parsing

tuist cache warm no longer copies and parses .xcactivitylog files to infer per-target build times, and target build duration is removed from binary cache metadata. Cache warming is no longer affected by missing or rotated Xcode activity logs and produces the same cached artifacts and command events as before without unused timing metadata.
